I absolutely love this place, the food, portions, and price are just right. Today I walked in 10 minutes after they closed and they happily helped me without hesitation. Any time I'm in the area this is where I eat. The bulgogi beef is to die for. Highly recommended!!!

Helpful service, Korean fusion of Mexican cuisine. Tacos and burritos but with bulgogi beef and Kim chi. The rice bowl was a surprising good value with lots of food and great vegetables. Lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, could have used more cilantro, green salsa, Kim chi. The seating for 36, one table for six, even split between two and four seats with a six stools at the window. Easy access of the interstate with gas and coffee nearby, plenty of parking.

It’s a different kind of korean restaurant but it had the taste of the Bulgogi Beef. My husband had the poke bowl and for him, it’s a little flavorless.

I’ve been to Koi Fusion a few times now, and I have to say, the food is fantastic every single time. On this visit, I tried the Korean cheesesteak and the rice bowl with chicken and kimchee. Both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cheesesteak is a unique twist on a classic, with just the right balance of savory, spicy, and cheesy goodness. And the rice bowl? Absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, the kimchee added a nice tangy kick, and the spice level was perfect — definitely recommend going for the spicy option if you can handle it! The service was fast and friendly, which always makes for a great experience. The vibe is casual but clean, making it a relaxed spot to grab a bite. Every time I’ve come here, I’m consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for something bold and flavorful, Koi Fusion never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Koi Fusion has been a favorite for many years. I was first introduced to them with the food truck that used to park across the street from the Timbers stadium. I think it's awesome that they have a brick and mortar location in Wilsonville. The quality of food remains high, and is still a good value, even as food costs have skyrocketed. I also think their chips and salsa are both underrated. I was pleasantly surprised that they quarter and drop the chips to order. There's something about eating fresh chips that are still warm, that makes them that much better. Fast and friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a laid back atmosphere makes Koi Fusion one of my favorite comfort food spots.

I got the spicy tofu burrito and my fella got the beef rice bowl. The flavors were so rich and crisp. The burrito the size of my forearm! Mix of Korean and Mexican flavors. Also love the cute cartoons characters Kimberly Chi and Koi Boy on the walls We will come back many time. So very good and filling.

Stumbled upon this genius Korean-Mexican fusion spot while gassing up at Costco on my way to Portland. Korean BBQ burritos? Yes, Please! Rolled in, grabbed a meaty rice bowl, and holy smokes, it was a simple, flavor-packed knockout. Fourteen bucks got me so much I stashed half for later. Next drive to Portland, this funky fusion stop’s locked in!
